This is collectors stock, so older items like this, we sometimes cannot vertify the origin as many of the old frame builders are no longer operating.
Here is some information on the serial numbers from the flying scot website.
This from was from when Evan Richie took over the brand and the frame came from Rattleys in Glasgow, that closed down in the 90's.
The serial number is ER 12 which refers to the 12th flying scot, evan richie built.
Condition: B

Marked as a Grade B as the frame is mechanically great, no dents or dings and with the repaint, it will make a fabulous bike build.
