We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers you choose.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: Shopify (our shop platform), payment providers, couriers such as Parcelforce, our form provider for seller submissions, email and analytics tools, and BikeRegister when we transfer a bike's logbook to you. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Orders and accounts: 6 years, for tax purposes.
- Seller submissions we don't buy: 12 months.
- Waitlist and newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@probiketrader.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
