Shipping policy

UK delivery

• Hand delivery: fully built and ready to ride. £60 per bike locally, £85 per bike further afield. Ask us which applies to you.
• Parcelforce: £85 per bike, anywhere in the UK. Carefully boxed with the front wheel removed and the handlebars turned. You’ll just need Allen keys to refit the wheel and straighten the bars.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 2 working days of payment. Need it sooner? Contact us to arrange express next-day delivery.

Collection

Collect in person, by appointment, from Unit 1A, Alexandra Place, Lower Park Road, London N11 1QD. Please bring photo ID matching the order. 

International

We can quote for delivery outside the UK. Email sales@probiketrader.co.uk with your bike and destination.

Delivery problems

If your bike arrives damaged or is late, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we’ll take it up with the courier.
