How It Works

The Cycle to Work scheme is a government initiative that allows you to purchase a bike and safety equipment tax-free through your employer. The cost of the bike is deducted from your gross salary, which leads to significant savings.

Here's our simple, step-by-step process:

Request a Quote: Contact us with your chosen bike, and we'll provide you with a quote for your scheme provider and take a small deposit (Please read below)
Apply with Your Employer: You'll submit this quote to your employer's scheme provider. Once approved, they will issue you a "Letter of Collection" or a voucher.
Secure Your Bike: To ensure your chosen bike is reserved for you, we require a 10% deposit. We will then take the bike offline until your voucher is issued.
Collect Your Bike: Once you present your "Letter of Collection" to us, you can either collect the bike in person or we will arrange to have it delivered to you.

Vivup: This scheme advertises savings of up to 42% on the cost of the bike and equipment.
Green Commute Initiative: This scheme has no spending limit and no end-of-scheme exit fees. You can save from 28% to 47% depending on your tax rate.
