12 is the new magical number at Campagnolo. With the Super Record 12s™/Record 12s™ 12-speed cassette, the Campagnolo engineers revolutionize their road shifting systems and provide you with an additional 12th gear for a range of gears unknown so far. This eliminates the need to change to another gearing for a different terrain.
Yet, the best bit is that it has the same dimensions as the proven 11-speed cogsets, which is why you need neither a special freehub body nor a wider spacing.
This guarantees full compatibility with earlier bikes and frames. Campagnolo has achieved this aim by using thinner sprockets with less space in-between. Thanks to selected high-quality materials and a special manufacturing process, all this could be realised without compromising on durability.
