Sold my bike frame and wheels, process was simple. Filled out the form and sent some pictures came back with an offer I was happy with and they paid for the courier to collect and deliver the bike to them.

I had a call from Keval to apologise there was a small delay as they throughly check everything and to reassure me everything was ok and I had the money in my PayPal account a couple of days later, they whole process was fast and efficient.

I have recently dealt with Keval at Cycletrade in relation to the sale of a number of Shimano and Garmin parts.
I found the process very straightforward and service provided was second to none, the offers were fair and monies paid into my designated account promptly.
